Start with a baseline
We discuss goals, sporting experience, and current priorities. Suitable movement assessments and technology-supported testing establish a starting point and help identify the qualities that need the most attention.

Explore the training experience: a broad athletic foundation or a focused soccer pathway.
ACROSS SPORTS

Individualized development for youth ages 8–18 and adults 18+, across sports and starting points.
This program is for athletes looking to strengthen their foundations, develop a particular quality, or become more confident in how they move. It also welcomes young people finding their way into physical activity.
Private and semi-private training allows us to shape the work around the individual while using shared challenges when appropriate.
We discuss goals, sporting experience, and current priorities. Suitable movement assessments and technology-supported testing establish a starting point and help identify the qualities that need the most attention.
Sessions can combine running mechanics, strength and control exercises, jumping and landing practice, changes of direction, coordination tasks, and reactive challenges. The mix follows the athlete’s needs.
Varied activities and achievable challenges give training purpose. Technology can introduce visual cues, timed tasks, and feedback alongside hands-on coaching.
We revisit relevant metrics and movement tasks, using video where helpful, and explain the results to the athlete and parents or guardians. Feedback connects what has changed to the next training priority. Comparisons begin with the athlete’s own starting point.
OUR SPECIALIZED PROGRAM
Purposeful soccer training that connects technical execution with how a player moves, sees, and responds.
We work with players on individual development priorities through private and semi-private coaching. Training is shaped around experience, ability, and goals, with challenges that connect movement to the ball and the game.
Focused practice in receiving, passing, dribbling, and finishing, with attention to body position, control, and quality of repetition.
Work on acceleration, stopping, changing direction, footwork, and coordination in activities relevant to soccer.
Use scanning tasks, changing cues, and small situational challenges to practice noticing information and selecting a response.
Coaching feedback and video review help players understand their execution. Relevant performance tracking can add context about running demands and effort. We explain the findings to the player and parents or guardians and use them to inform future sessions.
Sessions take place by arrangement at suitable parks, fields, and sports complexes across Greater Los Angeles and nearby Ventura County communities. Contact us to discuss program fit, preferred area, and training options.
